A down hole pipe manufacturer requested the design of a movable table used to dip the threaded end of pipes into a phosphate tank. Clark Engineers designed the table, the table support with hinges, hydraulic piston support and location and the foundation with a sump for the hydraulic piston. The design had to be robust enough to handle the harsh enviroment and load conditions. The design had to work seamlessly with the rest of the process and the surrounding pipe tables.
