The client requested a design of a horizontal FRP scrubber tank on FRP saddles. The tank was filament wound (FW) with a FW wear pad at each saddle. There were also trapezoidal ribs adjacent to each saddle. The ribs were 75 degree FW with an additional 1/4 in winding on the crown.
